Ok stupid question on the most basic part of fishing…drag set, how tight is to tight and how loose is to loose. I make missed three fish Saturday because of poor drag settings two my drag was to loose (thought it was fairly tight) and the other it was lock tight no drag at all set the hook and ripped it right out
Best bait for me if ur a power fishermen this is for you. im glade you guys did a video on this that way damiki wont discontinue their blade bait. the big brother damiki vortex is a killer all year round. MH rod with a upgraded bearing reel and bomb it as far as you can (probably spool out most reels) let it sink to bottom and slow roll it back
hey guys got a question on braid to leader line so say i go fishing Wednesday tie all new leader lines but only use my jig rod so saturday i go out do y'all put new leaders or roll with the old one.
Just got a blade bait on my MTB this month now I can’t wait to hit the water with the information you guys just gave me. Good tutorial about the bait keep it up & I just hit the subscribe button!
Great video fellas. At around the 2 minute mark you guys reference a video about slow-fishing the bottom with a lipless crank, but I didn't see that video in the links? I'd be interested to hear how you guys keep from getting hung up on the bottom or dragging gunk in the hooks with those exposed trebles hitting the bottom with each hop.
Great vid. My question is a little off topic but I was curious.. what do you guys think of Powell rods? I’ve got one that I like a lot but that’s all I know of em. I’m intrigued by the new endurance’s. Always like a second opinion. Thanks!
When catching bass deep is it better to bring them up fast or slow? What I mean is let them adjust to the change in pressure slowly or get them up and released quickly.
Love your guys’ informative videos, along with a bunch of guys here in CA. I understand you are more up north in clear lake, is there any possibility you could make a video on baits and targets for the CA delta.? I bank fish 90% of the time and constantly learn more and more. Would love to hear some insight from you guys on what baits to through and targets to look for in the delta.
Didn’t make it to your seminar today, but it was cool seeing you and Tim hangin out at the show yesterday. Picked up one of these at one of the exhibits, lookin forward to throwing it around.
Caught back to back 4.5 lbrs on the grass flat area below Rattlesnake island ripping threw the grass in mid summer 100 degrees out on the Binsky. Love fishing the edges of grass lines on the Delta with them too. Just a damn shame the hooks and chrome plating are so poor on them. Bought a couple of the Vaults and had less success with them. Never really tried either in Winter time. Guess I need to Keep up the goods vids guys.
Hey guys. I enjoy all of your videos. If you don’t mind me asking, what would be the proper weight and color for a blade bait in deep clear water (40-60 ft)?
I met you last night Matt at the sportsmans expo thanks for putting out so much good content for us it really helps my only regret from last night I didn't get a picture with you so a couple of my friends don't believe me 🙂 thank you guys and keep it up
Off topic question here, what happened to the lunker punker? Not on T.W., Can I still buy them somewhere? Are there other baits you recommend that are similar? Thank you
Hey guys just wanted to say that i love the winter videos you guys are posting. Im just waiting for my usual lake to thaw out (damn kansas winter). So i can try some of these techniques.
Is there a blade bait thats 4 5 6 inches i have always thought a bigger one might work better for big stripers at different times of the year
What are you thoughts on winter spooning?

What kind of rain gear are y’all wearing?
What microphones do use to film your videos? Thanks guys!
