Fishing the middle of the lake is not acceptable as the deep spot is no where near the middle of the lake. that's just pre meditating lakes. if I pre baited then I think I might catch like u.

Very interesting Tom and some lovely fish. I'm sure carp take zigs on the assumption they are aquatic insects and the maggots give them that added attraction great tip. One point on not catching on the baited area it could just be that its wasnt in the right place?

Maggots on a zig will stop moving not long after they go into water, they can't breath same as when they are in a bag with no air to breath.

360 rig has got some bad press because of mouth damage.do you not put shrink tube over the eye of the hook? Some good tips though and good watch tom.
