  1. Boyfriend? She catches blues and cleans the blues and cooks the blues and alllll that …sooo if you aint gonna swing the bat and stop bunting ,,,maybe darci would consider a Jersey boy instead…lol

  2. not proper procedure…lol. but it taste good thanks guys… you can turn a cat rat or dog into a meal… and people do that in other nations. So I'm sure we can turn a so-called trash fish into a decent meal.

  3. Hey Darcie, you mentioned the garlic in a jar trick.. You can do the same thing with a boiled egg.. Just put it in the jar with a little bit of water.. Shake the heck out of it, and it makes it super easy to peel the egg..

  4. I like your video's but when i was in Cape Cod i caught a snapper blue and my buddy insisted i cook it up and eat it…not again, striped bass is way better and i mostly C & R anyway ~~~~ tight lines and smooth seas ~~~~ AJ 🙂

  5. Congratulations to your brother. My kid is in the 82nd Airborne at Ft. Bragg NC. He's a combat medic.

Take the guy fishing on his leave.

Never have had fish in sauce before. I'm a redneck to I fry mine in cornmeal. 🙂

  6. You make filets look so easy! I use to love eating fresh fish but from dipping Copenhagen for ever and going through cancer treatments I can no longer eat or drink by mouth for the last 5 yrs now. I love you guys and faithfully watch you guys.

  7. I know that I am late watching the video guys but the best thing to do with that size blue fish is to totally cover them in Kosher Salt and then freeze them. Then when the water warms up more cut them up into long strips and use them as bait. The salt makes them tough as hell and will let them stay on the hook. After they hit the water and the salt starts to dissolve the oil from the fish will also release and make a skim trail behind the bait. I live in Virginia and have been doing that for over 35 years and fish will go to them like they do to peeler crabs….. they go nuts for that scent! Man I would love to come down and go fishing with you and Puddin lmao

  8. Hey u inspire me to work hard and never give up like i almost did had knee surgery and they said i would new walk again but i gave up but when i saw your videos i became a overcomer thanks to u i can walk again

  9. You guys have to wrap the fillets in pairs up in aluminum foil with butter, (onion if you like onion), and your favorite seasoning(s) for fish (garlic powder and smoked paprika for me) and throw them things on the grill. You can honestly do Jack Crevalle the same way as long as you get all of that blood line out as well and they taste great
