Great Stuff. Really good information. What I dont understand is why you cast with the right hand and than change hands. Will never understand why people make their live harder for no reason. A right handed person has the rod in the right hand and reels left, thats the only thing that makes sense.
You guys deserve so much feedback because you guys are so educational ,no other fishing group is doing this(that I know of) good video keep up the good work !!
Awesome video, love your stuff. Once in a while I'll be trolling shoreline with a buddy and we won't be doing that good but all the sudden we will run into a little 30 yard spot and catch 3 or 4 fish and then when we go back over the spot we will catch a few more and we've thought they might be schooled up there. I'm thinking I'll try throwing jerk baits to see if I can get the school into feeding mode.
Matt & Tim, You are both onto the secrets of an abundant life, you share your knowledge and it explodes a thousand fold and returns to you guys.I have done these same techniques ( minus giant glide and swim baits) on Kentucky Lake when spring rains run the water into the shrubs and saplings, catching 4-8lb ers I'm going back this March, haha so I'll be sure and watch this again. Next one, please show pics of tanks and how you flair the A Rig,… Thank you and you will be over 100,000 subscribers by March I've shared you on FaceBook.
Absolutely amazing, I'm watching the video, at 23min when he's talking about the school, I had noticed a small school and casted there, a tiny bite came first then a second after I caught my PB same cast. I didn't catch the pattern til Matt mentioned it now. Learn a ton from you guys and I'm in SOUTH FLORIDA!
I notice you don't categorize the 7.8 keitech with "big soft swimbaits" like the hudd. Would you expound on the difference a little bit? Is it just the realism in the bait?
Really the best fishing channel in Youtube and it's no contest. Detailed, relevant, incredibly useful information presented in an interesting and clear manner. I'm literally using excel to take notes on this seminar at work lol.
Matt Allen is the man. I truly feel like hes the future face of bass fishing outside of the pro circuit. The amount of passion he displays for fishing makes me want to hit the water every time I watch a TB video…unfortunately where i live we have 2 more months of ice….?
You are the MAN Matt!!:) It almost always puts a smile on my face listening to the amount of knowledge you have to offer about fishing.. It’s AWESOME ? you are just on another level.. I use more of your tips on the water than any other fisherman out there, Thank you, greatly appreciated!! Love you too Tim!! C: I know you’re a beast too!!
Great video! These videos about catching the biggest bass in the lake are my favorites! I caught my PB in 2002 in January. The fish was really FAT. But I caught my 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 6th biggest bass ever in the summer (and I fish more in the pre-spawn than in the summer)! They were not fat, but they had a big length (at least one of them more than my PB). Of those 4 bass, 2 were caught on swimbaits: one on a 4.5" Mattlures Baby Bass and my 2nd biggest bass ever on a S-Waver 168 (Thanks Matt and Tim! I started fishing this bait because of you!). Both fish were caught in July in different years. I started fishing the S-Waver in Summer after reading an article from Butch Brown, watching 2 seminars and listening to 2 radio interviews with him. He catches dozens of bass over 10lbs on a Deps 250 each Summer! It worked for me with the S-Waver: didn't caught dozens of trophy bass but almost caught my new PB…
Awesome seminar!!!!!! Loved watching you guys in real life!!!! Awesome to see you guys again

Live in West Michigan. Wish we had advice like this for our lakes post-ice and early spring
A-rigs are illegal where I'm at, only allowed to fish with one line to which one lure and one hook is attached . Bs
What gear ratio reel do you use with a A-Rig?
Do you trim the skirt on a swim jig? I have noticed it seems to reduce the action of the trailer if the skirt touches.

The high school state tournament in Ga. Is chocolate milk right now. Should the bass be shallow?
Good pointers!

Matt you are the best teacher in the business. Not bad at catching them either. 😉
Can you apply majority of this stuff around the country?
Such a great piece of information, i can't tell you how much this means me as the average angler.
