just been watching how to cast your fly line I have been fly fly fishing for about 20 years by watching this video it has help me straighten out some of the bad habits I have picked up over the years thanks
I see a lot of people saying it and i'll be another, the instructions you're giving are great, i'm only starting fly fishing after years of trout fishing with weights or floats and all the other fishers i know only use weights or floats and the like so fly fishing is something i'm having to pick up on my own but watching this video it's clear to see what my mistakes have been such as moving my wrist and not letting enough line out for the rod to use as a weight, or the whipping sound i make. can't wait to get back out and try it after having watched this, i'm determined to learn it
The best piece of advice about fly fishing I’ve ever heard was “you line goes where you rod tip does”
You are a phenomenal teacher. Its a shame I'm on the other side of the pond from you.
my line doesn't come out straight like that . I have a Redington crosswater
Thank you!
