Thanks for visiting the windy city. I live in the northwest suburbs and a lot of people are getting some good bass and crappie through the ice in local ponds. If you want to go big you could try for big lake trout and brown trout through the ice in the Lake Michigan tributaries. Also i hear the jumbo perch are hitting near Navy Pier, you got up here at a good time. Just the last couple days it warmes up to 50ish and ice thinned some. Good luck man!???
