  1. I’ve broke my walleye serie 2016 and replaced with the IMX walleye universal ,didn’t like it so I’ve upgraded with The walleye GLX.i think the robs they test is in the boat but not in the shore .normally in the boat will be more easy the situation is easy to control but in the shore those rob are not easy to use specially in where the big dam the current is extremely strong the rob doesn’t do much better.ive use a lot of their products for the past ten years like gl2 ,escape,nrx,e6x,imx now glx still in testing hope is good for this if not,I have to change the brand not use the G-loomis

  2. The E6X is not worth the money. Loomis is WAY to over priced. Don't give them your money. Duckett Ghosts are more sensitive, way lighter, and $100 cheaper. Rate the E6X with an open mind and you will find its about a 6/10 and $200.

  3. The E6X rods are awesome rods but WHY would Loomis use aluminum oxide guides on these instead of simply upgrading to the Fuji Alconite guides? The Fuji Aluminum oxide guides are good guides, but you would figure that a $200 rod would at least have alconite.
The Powell Max 3D and even their $110 Inferno model has Fuji Alconite guides.
Oh well the E6X is still a excellent rod
