FLAIR when would you suggest to start using frogs like time of year? I'm in wisconsin and to me I live using rubber frogs the way the bass come up etc… and we have a month or 2 before lily's think about popping up…

My friend and I go fishing a lot. We cast in the same places with the same lures and he'll catch 10-20 fish in an hour and a half and I'll catch one or two. Any advice??
I use a spinner bait and I take off the skirt and put a swim bait on the spinner bait
